Claim reports are usually processed within one business day. If your claim involves a fatality, serious injury or other emergency, please call our office at (800) 372-2304. If after business hours, contact the insurance carrier's toll-free claim line. Web pages for some of our major carriers can be found on our quotes page.


There are several ways to file a claim:

2.        If your claim occurs after business hours, contact the insurance carrier's toll-free claim line. Please call our office on the next business day so that we may assist you in the settlement of your claim.

3.        You can begin to file your claim via email by providing some simple information in this form. A Smith, Gatta, Gelok representative will begin processing your claim immediately and then call you at a convenient time to gather more information.

4.        You can call us directly at (800) 372-2304 during regular business hours.
